Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for an exchange or for UAM shopping vouchers only. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Our new return policy makes it easy and simple to shop, with ample time to make a decision!

  • UAM does not currently offer refunds - just exchanges.
  • You can return your items for up to 14 days after the delivery date.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on. Item(s) cannot be returned if the original tag has been cut/removed.
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.), keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • Exchanging an item for a different size is possible, but could come with an extra shipping fee.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons i.e. men's underwear, socks, masks, shakers, etc.
  • The management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.


Please follow the care instructions as outlined in the product description, as we are unable to accept claims on products which have been laundered incorrectly.

The color of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by UAM Shop to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong product, or you find that your product is faulty, we will exchange the product at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable, we will refund both the product cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).

All claims on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided. To make a claim, please email us at support@uampro.shop
