Shipping policy

We only deliver within the UAE.

As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch and delivery of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. 

 

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 3 – 5 working days from Saturday – Thursday, 10am – 5pm, UAE time. We will keep you updated regarding the status of orders.

If the item ordered are out of stock, we can issue a refund, or we’ll ship the item whenever the stocks are available.

Please Note: On some occasions, for example during the public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

In light of COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers and employees, there might be slight delays in deliveries due to circumstances that are beyond our control.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

 

Currency

We accept AED for online card purchases on our website.

 

Carriers

We use the different local and own carriers to deliver our orders.

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates

Orders below AED 300 total will be charged with AED 15 as standard shipping charge within the UAE. Free shipping will be applicable for the orders from AED 300 and above.

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Safety & Hygiene

Our delivery partners have been following top hygiene practices. All deliveries are contactless unless otherwise requested.

We ensure all our partners and employees are wearing their masks and have completed a pre-check, including taking their temperature, and have their PCRs done on a weekly basis. We ensure a clean and sanitized environment in our store and warehouse to ensure the well-being of our customers and team.

Please make sure you are wearing your masks when the item is delivered.
